Hi, I am Ben an enthusiastic and friendly therapist working in the Cheltenham area, my Private Practice is Therapy with Ben. I work in an integrative way with my main approach being person-centred therapy, this is because I truly believe you are the expert in your own life. We can work together to make sure you get the most from life. I fully understand that if you are looking here then it is likely that things are not going as you would wish at the moment. Counselling is a great way to deal with lives difficulties and maximise the enjoyment you get from your own life, I truly believe this.
I work with individuals in areas involving change and life's difficulties, especially around finding ways for you to maximise your enjoyment of life. I do not shy away from difficult areas and fully understand that life can be a struggle- I am not a judgemental person and genuinely believe in people's innate ability to strive and look forward to helping you.
I am sure we can work well together. I understand it can be a little daunting to start therapy but I will make sure it is as positive an experience as possible. I really believe in what can be achieved and have faith in you as a person. Now the weather is nicer, maybe we could do some Walk & Talk Therapy around Cheltenham's lovely parks and open spaces.
