I’m particularly passionate about supporting "good church girls"—those who have taken on caregiving or problem-solving roles in their families. These responsibilities can feel isolating, leaving little room for your own needs. You might notice you are stuck in unhelpful patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety & unsure how to balance your needs with others’ expectations. My specialty is in helping you to consider the ways faith & theology might have shaped your ideas about self-sacrifice, servanthood & how this may impact your ability to set boundaries.
