At Therapy Solutions, my mission is to offer you a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. Working together at your pace, we look at what's really going on for you. Through this process, you will gain a deeper understanding, develop healthier ways of coping and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes. I am deeply committed to supporting you on your journey of change, self enlightenment and improvement. I endeavour to work with integrity, honesty, equality, fairness, empathy and respect. This work is grounded in a supportive, non-judgemental relationship where you feel heard and understood.
I support clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, negative intrusive thoughts, depression, stress, confidence, trauma, grief, addiction, weight loss, relationships, pain management, menopause and phobia.
I am trained in CBT, person centred and psychodynamic counselling techniques as well as hypnotherapy. I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call where I am happy to answer any questions and give you an opportunity to get to know me. I work online and on the phone as well as offering face to face counselling in the comfort of my private therapy room.
