I welcome enquires from all clients who are seeking a calm, safe sanctuary where you can feel heard and understood. Life can often leave us feeling out of sync, as if we are moving through the motions and not living the life we want. Whether you are an adult struggling with the patterns of past behaviours or the impact of narcissistic relationships or you are a young adult that is struggling to work through your identity and who you are, together we can process this and how to move forward. Our work together is to help you heal from those past experiences and trauma so you can release what holds you back and rediscover you.
I offer person-centred, trauma-informed counselling for adults and teenagers. I support clients with anxiety, depression, life challenges, relationships, childhood trauma, menopause, and the impact of narcissistic behaviours and loss. I offer a warm, confidential and unconditional therapeutic relationship to explore what ever is happening for you.
My approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and genuine understanding. I listen carefully, reflect what I hear, and create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
