Therapy Centre Services provides affordable and accessible counselling sessions for clients across the UK via Zoom or telephone. We know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, or to think about counselling, and provide a confidential and safe place for you to talk to one of our Counsellors. All of our team work in a non-judgemental way, listening to you, hearing you and helping you to work through the issues that you are experiencing.
Our team of Counsellors work across a range of different modalities including CBT, Integrative, Person Centred, TA and Attachment, and will work with you depending on the issues you bring to counselling, providing the most effective form of therapy for your needs.
When you make initial contact with us through our referral form, one of our team will contact you to offer you an initial session. We don't have waiting lists so you can have an appointment within 24 hours. We will communicate with you during the booking in process and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
