I work with adults presenting with a range of mental health difficulties, including addiction, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, stress-related difficulties, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship issues, loss and change, anger management and emotional regulation.
I believe good therapy supports greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and healthier relationships. My approach is grounded, thoughtful, and focused on helping people feel more at ease with themselves and their lives.
A qualified relational counsellor working in private practice. I practise as an integrative counsellor, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), person-centred, and psychodynamic modalities. This integrative approach enables me to tailor therapy to the individual needs of clients
Reaching out for support is not always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’d like a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk things through, I welcome you to contact me.
