I can help by being present with you in the moment, working at a time that suits you. The focus of the session will be led by you. When you learn to trust and open up in the sessions, any problem can be addressed. I have completed my Level 6, with research focusing on medical conditions such as Fibromyalgia, ME and Chronic Fatigue.
The first step on your road of self-discovery and facing your problems is to get in touch. It can take courage to move forward and I would just like to say well done for taking this step.
