The Therapy Clinic is a psychotherapy and counselling service in Brighton and Hove, founded to provide accessible, affordable, high quality services to those that need it in the community. We offer a range of approaches and affordabilities, and have a social enterprise ethos at heart. Whether you are feeling depressed, anxious, having issues in your relationship, or whether you are living with complex mental health needs, our team of clinicians, or our wider therapeutic network, can help. We offer individual, couple, and family counselling.
We have counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologist offering treatments including psychodynamic psychotherapy, counselling, CBT, therapy for couples (EFT), IPT, EMDR, CAT and DBT. We can help because we can help you to find the right support for your needs and your budget.
We recognise that therapy is not a one size fits all thing. We offer free initial consultations with a member of the senior team to help to find you the right support from the range of possibilities that we can offer.
