Hi my name is Nicola and I am the Clinical Lead for Tring & Aylesbury Low Cost Counselling. My team of trainee counsellors offer weekly integrative counselling for £25 per session. We are living in challenging times and sometimes experience unrealistic expectations of what we can achieve which can lead to anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, anger and challenges in our relationships. Counselling can provide a supportive space to unpack the feelings and frustrations of everyday life. Our sessions are available to anyone over the age of 16 and take place at either Tring or Aylesbury Therapy Centre.
Our team offer talking therapy. They are trained to integrate tools and strategies into your sessions if that is what you feel you need. For a lot of people having someone be able to sit and listen without judgement or defense can be liberating. Our counsellors are skilled in offering compassionate support and reflection on your life experience.
The smallest steps can sometimes make the biggest difference. We are here to offer an affordable opening into counselling. If this is your first time in counselling or if you have had it before we are ready to welcome you where you are and be with you on the next part of your journey. We also offer in person Couples Counselling for £65 for an hour session.
