I’ve been fortunate to practise in Canada and Dubai, and now in Leamington Spa, I bring a broad understanding of the ways culture, experience, and personal history shape us. I work in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, often integrating approaches from Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, attachment work, and CBT.
