Hi, I'm Stacey and for over two years i have been working with grief. Bereavement is my area of expertise, but what comes with this are other areas of mental, emotional and physical health issues. For example, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship breakdown, low self-esteem, stress, addictions (food, alcohol, gambling), avoidance, loneliness. I provide a safe empathic space for individual's to express themselves about their worries, free from judgement. There is no one way, each individual needs something different which suits them to help me support them through their issues. I use a variety of methods dependant on the client.
