Hi I'm Donna ,I'm a person centred counsellor that works with an Intergrative approach when required. I offer unconditional positive regard to you as my client whatever you may bring to the sessions. If your struggling with anxiety ,the loss of a loved one, no matter what you bring id like to be there for you to help you achieve your goals, find out what it is your looking for or simply to help you grow would be a real privilege.
My skills and experience include but are not limited too Substance misuse, Grief and loss, Anxiety, Low self esteem , Trauma, relationships , Neurodiversity, Menopause and life challenges. I pride myself in relationship building and believe in creating an equal partnership between myself and my clients. Indoor or outdoor sessions available both with views.
I offer a non judgemental and trusting relationship to help you to explore those things you would like too/need too. Using my skills as a counsellor and the beautiful setting of my therapy room that helps to create a relaxed environment my aim is to provide all that is needed to create a safe place for you to explore and be yourself.
