About
Life can be difficult for many reasons. Feeling vulnerable, alone or lost, not knowing how to cope, and maybe the fear of talking about it? Whatever is getting you down you don't have to struggle alone. Destructive patterns of behaviour can be changed, emotional issues recalibrated to enable a new focus. I am interested in hypnotherapy approaches in psychoneuroimmunology (PNI); the relationship between immunity, the endocrine system, and the central and peripheral nervous systems in my hypnosis therapy work with cancer patients for emotional distress, anxiety and depression, as mental health support as complimentary care.
I am Prof.Doc researcher at the University of Central Lancashire researching personal experiences of the use of hypnosis for pain (emotional distress and physical pain) in breast cancer.
I facilitate abilities to review and understand emotional, physical and psychological issues in a safe nurturing environment. I work with the charity Little Miracles on a regular basis as a psychotherapist. For national and international clients I provide Teams or Zoom conference/ therapy sessions and group therapy on line.
