My CBT, Psychology and Family Therapy colleagues and I work together, supporting each other in providing a tailored, timely service, with warmth, confidentiality, and professionalism at it's heart. We offer appointments face to face in our offices in Salisbury and online where requested. You can arrange a telephone discussion with one of our senior Practitioners, free of charge, giving you the opportunity to explore your specific needs and wishes and allowing us to suggest recommendations from within or outside our team.
Our teams working with adults and children offer a broad range of specialisms including those focussed on recent depression, stress or anxiety but we also have specialist services for longer standing issues such as relationship/family difficulties, trauma or neurodevelopmental differences.
We value offering up to date, evidence based approaches without a wait. But experience has shown us that building a solid, warm and professional working relationship from the very start makes the process more enjoyable for everyone and much more likely to succeed.
