We support adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety and Trauma. Our specialist treatments include; CBT which provides coping strategies to manage distress, EMDR to process traumatic memories, and Counselling a talking therapy that helps people experiencing distress adjust to difficult life changes. We support people to feel empowered to reach their goals.
We know reaching out is not easy and often takes a long time. We want to reassure you we are a friendly, non judgmental team of specialists.
