Our specialist treatments include; CBT which provides coping strategies to manage distress, EMDR to process traumatic memories and Counselling a talking therapy that helps people experiencing distress adjust to difficult life changes.
We know reaching out is not easy and often takes a long time. We want to reassure you we are a friendly, non judgmental team of specialists.
