There are several goals that you may want to achieve through therapy. For sex therapy, these include support with compulsive sexual behaviours, porn addiction, sexual desire differences, but also support focused on issues like pain during sex, problems with erections or ejaculation. Relationship therapy can really help restore intimacy between partners, and improve communication, which can in turn help with resolving conflict, overcoming challenging times that may arise from life altering events (e.g. significant changes in your household, separations, embarking on the journey to parenthood).
My name is Rossella (she/they), I am a dedicated and compassionate psychosexual and relationship therapist, deeply committed to helping individuals navigate challenges that can arise in intimate relationships. As a trauma informed therapist with over 16 years experience, I offer individual and partnered sessions, and adapt my practice to your needs.
I have extensive experience of working with individuals in neurodiverse relationships, and where partners come from different cultural backgrounds or have varying religious beliefs. I also work with gender, sexual, and relationship diverse (GSRD) individuals and relationships, as well as individuals from the Kink and BDSM community.
