We believe no one should struggle alone. Therefore, accessibility to high-quality, evidence based therapeutic treatment is at the core of what we do at Power to Live. We are a charity offering means-tested third wave cognitive behavioural therapy. Sessions can cost as low as £10 a week. With waiting times of less than three weeks, you will be able to access affordable, effective and compassionate care when you need it.
Power to Live CBT counselling room
We specialise in behavioural-science driven therapies such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). Interventions are collaboratively designed to fit your needs and goals. We emphasise working towards values, as opposed to avoiding pain. Life is hard, but you can choose your hard.
Complete a registration form on our website and a senior clinician will be in touch with you within a week to schedule an assessment. We can offer online support to anyone living in the UK, and in-person sessions in London. To ensure that everyone can access high quality support regardless of income, we offer sliding scale rates.
