I am an experienced and highly professional Integrative Psychotherapist with a First-Class BSc (Hons) Psychology and Counselling, I have over 10 years of psychotherapy experience working in the NHS, the Private Sector at The Priory, in Education, at the Mental Health Charity Mind, in the Corporate Sector and now in Private Practice. This means I have a broad understanding of the mental healthcare landscape, which will significantly benefit you, as I have developed a comprehensive 'toolkit' that I can draw upon to help you better understand yourself, feel less overwhelmed by your problems and feel truly great, not just OK.
I can help you to develop healthier coping strategies and more positive ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. I blend positive psychology, centring on emotional wellness, with traditional psychology, where the emphasis is on alleviating psychological distress, which means I provide a holistic framework for a more complete therapeutic experience for you.
