I know from my own experience of Psychotherapy the importance of finding the right person who I can trust to listen and help me to understand my problems. I have been practising for over 25 years and I believe the vast amount of our suffering is primarily concerned with anxiety, despair, trauma abuse and often a sense of not belonging.
I work in the field of Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy . My past experience includes lecturing at City University, North London and the University of Ulster in Person Centred Existential Counselling, group dynamics and personal development. I established the Person Centred Place in 1998. I am a Supervisor and Trainer/Facilitator.
