Counselling is a talking therapy which gives you a space to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement. I aim to help you feel more in control and empower you to make the changes YOU want to your life!
As an integrative counsellor, I work with various models of therapy and use the best to match the needs of my client, as every person is an individual. I provide a supportive, professional and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, in which you will be given time and space to understand and gain insight into your situation.
I will work to the best of my ability to help you get a better understanding of your thoughts and feelings, to help you deal with your emotional issues and to support you. If you are struggling to make sense of things we will work collaboratively towards your goal. I work with everyone at their own pace effecting positive change.
