My name is Lou and I am the Neurodivergent Therapist. My clients would describe me as honest, uplifting and empowering. In 2020 I received an ASD diagnosis and I now work with neurodivergent clients only. Much of my work involves supporting my clients to actualise and be free to live good lives as their authentic selves.
I am an integrative therapist who blends coaching, consultancy and coaching in my sessions. I have a Ph.D. in Nature and Mental Health and am passionate about using nature in therapy. I currently do all of my sessions via zoom or by telephone.
