I work from a BABCP accredited, formulation-led approach, including ERP for OCD and trauma-focused CBT, mapping what's maintaining the difficulty before any exposure work begins. Clients move forward through structured, collaborative sessions, in West London or online, with skills that outlast therapy itself.
I specialise in OCD, treated with ERP, alongside anxiety, health anxiety and burnout, drawing on trauma-focused CBT, ACT and compassion-focused therapy. As a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist with an NHS Talking Therapies background, I offer structured, formulation-led CBT in West London and online across the UK.
