I've a background working with children/young adults and those who are neurodiverse, I've a specific interest supporting new Mum's who experienced traumatic births, and pregnancy loss. I use an integrated approach to counselling because no two journeys are the same. You have full autonomy over your narrative. I listen with compassion and empathy.
