Hi, I’m Carl, a CBT therapist, qualified social worker, foster carer and director of The Listening Post in Orrell. I have extensive experience supporting children, young people, adults and families across CAMHS, children’s social care, fostering, safeguarding and residential childcare. I also own and run a therapeutic children’s home, which has given me a strong understanding of trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, risk and the importance of safe, consistent relationships.
