I predominantly work with men and women survivors of childhood sexual abuse Men in leadership navigating life stressors 'before the burnout wins' I work in a confidential, non-judgemental space, in a relationally empathic way which allows my client to open up and share what they have never shared before.
Through meeting my client where they are, offering the space to be themselves and to be in the moment, gives them the chance to breathe and feel safe.
So many people believe no one will help, understand or believe them. All they need is someone to listen to them. I listen to what is and isn't being said, to the silences, to the body language. I see when the words and the body don't match, and I ask the questions others dare not ask.
