Welcome! I’m Tasha, I’m an experienced therapist of 10 years with a background in mental health nursing. I offer a non judgmental, informed therapy space for all. Embarking on therapy can be overwhelming and I strongly believe everybody should have access to therapy in the most meaningful way and this starts with being understood in the therapy room. I aim to provide an understanding space for you to work towards your goals and feel like the best version of yourself. I work with a wide range of difficulties. My background is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and I have further trained in EMDR and DBT and introduction to Compassion Focused Therapy. I have ten years + experience of working as a nurse and I have worked mostly as a mental health therapist within this time and and specialised in gender identity development.
I feel strongly that everybody should have the opportunity to access therapy as their authentic self and she found that many non-monogamous people, s3x workers and marginalised groups were entering into therapy in a role of over explaining their experiences, or withholding information for fear of judgment or misunderstanding.
