I specialise in mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress and men's related issues. Men's issues include ED, low sex drive, pornography addiction, alcohol addiction and relationship or social challenges. In psychotherapy sessions I provide a supportive setting that encourages you to reflect. We will explore the feelings, emotions and impact significant events have had on your life and their on the way you experience day-to-day life. We will work through your thought process moving towards the version of you that you've always wanted to be. Who is that person? Do they allow themselves to smile, laugh and be happy?
