Together, we will explore your experiences at your own pace, helping you understand yourself more deeply and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is primarily person-centred, meaning I believe you are the expert on your own life. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing upon different therapeutic approaches where appropriate.
