I'm a Clinical Psychologist offering a supportive space for adults navigating a cancer journey. Whether you are coming to terms with a new diagnosis, trying to integrate this into your sense of identity, managing treatment and the physical and emotional impact of this, or navigating life beyond cancer and finding a new normal without fear and anxiety, I hope to be a supportive resource to you.
My work aims to not only help you cope better with cancer and its impact, but to feel grounded and empowered in your recovery and your life going forward.
Drawing on a decade of work in Health Psychology and my own personal experience of navigating Breast cancer I now integrate evidence-based psychological interventions with the wisdom of Quantum Biology and Metabolic Health, from the worlds leading Integrative Oncologists, to offer a Holistic approach that is intended to support your mind and body.
