Welcome! I'm Seona, a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nurse Therapist offering in-person and online support to 12-25 year olds with compassion and hope.
I support with anxiety, OCD, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, eating disorders and neurodiversity.
I have over 8 years professional experience in CAMHS and completed my post graduate certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) which is an evidence based treatment for anxiety and depression. I have worked in an OCD research/clinical service team providing Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), which is the gold standard treatment for OCD.
I use a person centred and empathetic yet practical approach. I am dedicated to helping young people navigate their mental health challenges with expertise and an evidence-based approach, working collaboratively to establish meaningful goals and develop practical skills to empower young people and their families to be able to cope and thrivei
