If things are feeling overwhelming, if distressing or worrying thoughts are getting in the way of enjoying life, then counselling may help you work out why and how to move forward again. It may mean looking at past experiences or what’s stopping you following the path you would like to choose now. It might be longer term issues, such as anxiety or depression, impacts of traumatic events or you may be looking for a more fulfilling way of living your life. In all of these things and more, I would welcome the opportunity to join you on your journey to healing and growth.

I offer caring and compassionate face-to-face (Drymen) or online support, using a pluralistic approach. This means I work with you to work out what you would like from counselling and can draw from a number of different approaches to work towards your goal. including person-centred counselling, CBT, psychodynamic approaches, narrative therapy and more.
Your story deserves to be heard and I'm hear to listen.
