Do you struggle with anxiety, poor self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or other emotional issues? Do you sometimes find it difficult to articulate what the problem is or feel that words are just not enough to express it? It might be that Dramatherapy is right for you. Dramatherapy is a form of psychological therapy/psychotherapy (BADth), which makes use of a variety of creative-expressive techniques to help you explore your feelings. It is particularly helpful when you struggle to articulate what the problem is or when words are just not enough to express it.

I am Dr Marta Paglioni, a Dramatherapist registered with HCPC and member of BADth.
I also hold a clinical PhD in the field of Health and Social Sciences. My practice is deeply humanistic, trauma informed, and looks at clients as unique individuals who have at their very core a deep need for connection to themselves and significant others.
Any judgement is suspended when you enter our therapy room. Compassion is at the core of my practice and Dramatherapy can be a safe space, a weekly ritual to help you reconnect to your true self and a meaningful life path through a wide range of creative and embodied techniques.
