Enabling clients to pinpoint and release limiting beliefs and negative patterns of self-dialogue. Work covered for individuals, couples, teenagers and children from four upwards. Counselling and Hypnotherapy are a very personal exploration, I want to make sure that you understand that you will be provided with a safe space, complete confidentiality and all issues can be examined in a non-judgmental manner.
I am an Integrative counsellor which means I trained in many different approaches, I believe that one single approach does not fit every client. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and trained in NLP.
