Hi there, I’m Gurdeep (Gur-deep)
I work with the belief that relationships are at the heart of our wellbeing. I am a qualified child, family & couples psychotherapist. I work creatively & collaboratively, adapting my approach to the unique needs of each family or couple. My style is human, playful & approachable. I like to use humour & I am straight talking when needed!
I work with young people facing mental health challenges, (somatising issues, worries, low mood, trauma); the impact of children’s mental & physical health on siblings & parents/couples, child-on-carer aggression; co-parenting family dynamics, blended families though fostering/adoption; families experiencing conflict; disconnection & communication breakdown.
My role is to provide a space where you can talk openly, reflect safely & begin to create healthier patterns of communication & or (dis)connection. I can offer a 20 minute chat to see if we can work well together.
