I'm 45 and well travelled in life. My own experiences have taken me on a journey to train as a psychotherapist where I can put my empathic, understanding nature to good use helping others find themselves again or maybe for the first time.
Therapy can be a tough step to decide on. Firstly, we work to establish a therapeutic relationship. One that's healthy and trusting, fostering openness and honesty in the therapy room to create a safe, nurturing space where you can be yourself without judgment. As a humanistic integrative psychotherapist, I work individually and tailor therapy to your therapeutic needs.

My niche is working with unprocessed childhood trauma but I've experience of working internationally with a diverse range of clients and presenting issues.
