Creative Arts Therapies & Traditional Talking Therapies. At The AoC Trust we really want to support families needing emotional help; couples trying to save their relationship or an individual looking for professional counselling/therapy in order to work through and heal psychological or social difficulties. If you cannot travel to us we can support you via telephone or video call. We are based in Central Dudley just a few minutes from the town centre and local bus station where we have our own lovely therapeutic rooms and training spaces and provide a fantastic team of registered and qualified therapeutic clinicians.
We close for the festive season 15.12.23 and reopen: 02.01.24. We offer a wide range of modalities including art therapy, integrative counselling, play therapy, psychotherapy, person-centred, gestalt, CBT, art therapy and more. We also offer Clinical Supervision at affordable rates for professionals and students and support students on placement.
We support a significant number of issues, we are non-judgemental and will help you all the way. We appreciate for some of our clients that reaching out for professional help can be embarrassing, seen as sign of failure or scary. We aim to help you overcome those fears and encourage you to take that first step towards healing and acceptance.
