I see therapy as offering a space to step aside from your everyday life - a confidential and judgement-free space - where we approach your concerns with curiosity and compassion. By exploring the feelings and experiences you find difficult, we will uncover, process and come to understand what might be holding you back - and therefore, how to move forward.
