I pride myself on the relationships I build with my clients, perhaps due to my enthusiasm, positivity, and the belief that often laughter is the best medicine. I work outdoors, using Walk and Talk Therapy or from my counselling room.
I counsel clients with all sorts of issues, but I have specialised in helping people to deal with adverse childhood experiences (ACES). These can be anything from controlling parents to sexual abuse. If a past experience still effects you in the present then I would love to help you to be optimistic and retell your story in the future.
