I support clients living with unpleasant feeling and memories that impact their daily life. Through counselling and psychotherapy clients experiencing psychological distress in relation to, miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, selective and medical termination experience a non judgemental, compassionate nurturing environment to process their loss and grow around their grief. I journey with the clients at their pace as they gain emotional healing.
I specialise in offering psychological support for clients navigating the unique complexities of perinatal loss. I tailor interventions to support clients manage their psychological distress effectively by providing supportive space for clients to express and understand their emotions. My goal is to empower clients to navigate their healing and growth.
