Your reasons for seeking therapy are as individual as you are. Whatever you are facing, I'll meet you with compassion, sensitivity and safety so you no longer have to carry it alone. The therapeutic relationship has a different quality from other relationships in your life: it is deliberately structured to support you. Within its professional boundaries, we create a real relationship that is uniquely focused on exploring your experience with care, curiosity and understanding.
I believe we are shaped by our relationships and wounded in them too. Some wounds run quietly in the background, shaping how we see ourselves and move in the world. Relationships can also help us heal. With time and trust therapy can become an experimental space to find new ways of relating to yourself, others and the world with authenticity and vitality.
I welcome inquiries about my availability over email. I offer a (free) ten minute call if you would like to get an initial feel of whether we are a good fit. The next step is an initial assessment session online (paid) giving us time and space to explore what you are seeking from therapy and if my skills and approach match your needs.
