I work with individuals, couples and families, children, young people and parents/carers with relationship, emotional and mental health difficulties.
I work with different combinations of individuals and family members on their goals collaboratively. I offer a safe, non-judgemental, confidential, accepting and positive space to talk and express emotions and explore the particular needs of individuals. Not everyone finds talking easy so we can adapt sessions, for example by using drawing, writing or play.
I offer face to face sessions at Cornerstone and/or telephone/ online sessions.
Systemic family therapy involves talking about the relationships within the family and wider contexts and building on strengths and resources within these systems to help and empower people. I aim to be collaborative, work together with diverse clients on their goals and harness their strengths.
