Hello, thanks for stopping by and well done on taking the first step, I know it's not easy.
I offer you a space to explore what you wish, at your own pace to help you move forward. I provide a space to build trust, in a judgement, criticism and contradiction free zone. From my own counselling journey, I've found the importance of having one unbiased person in my life whom I can shamelessly share everything.
We can also explore whatever may prevent you from moving forward. However we work, you are the focus of the sessions.
I work from age 11 an adults face to face in my Hitchin office, for walk and talk, and online.
