I work in an integrative way using person centered therapy ,cognitive behavioral therapy,psycho-dynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and the 12 step program I am a specialist in substance misuse and addiction including alcohol, ketamin,cocaine, prescription medication etc and also work with young adults and children presenting with autism.
I specialise in addiction and recovery and understand the shame and frustration this can cause so offer a confidential non judgemental and safe environment with which to navigate this difficult pathway.
