I would love to walk along-side you, as you begin to understand your pain (present and past), and discover new ways of navigating your world, and the different relationships or difficulties in your life.
Having a wide range of experience when it comes to anxiety and depression, I have been able to develop a better understanding and deep empathy towards the daily struggles of an individual who does not have the skills to cope, and may be feeling hopeless. My warm and open approach has always helped to break down any hesitation or resistance to change.
Confidentiality is treated as high priority in my practice. It is the trust within the therapeutic relationship that I enjoy the most, and the collaborative working alliance that can achieve the most successful outcomes.
