I’m a sex and relationship therapist and coach. I work in a solution focused way to build self esteem, confidence and self care. I’m attentive to how you learn and use lots of tools and worksheets to help.
I’m sex positive, non judgmental and an advocate for people who have been through sexual, emotional and physical abuse. I don’t believe that anyone is ‘broken’ and I work to build boundaries, safety and intimacy with those who seek support.
I offer a free chat and a chance to get to know one another and you can see if I’m the right therapist for you. I often use humour to break the tension.
