My approach is grounded, somatic and relational where we move between difficulty and expansion, supporting greater embodiment, awareness, clarity, and the capacity to meet yourself and others more fully.

My work integrates embodiment, consent, expansive thinking and relational awareness to support deeper connection, clarity, and the ability to meet more of yourself both in your sexuality and relationships.
