I am an integrative counsellor specialising in menopause, anxiety, depression, family issues, relationships, grief and loss, career progression, imposter syndrome, self-sabotage, and many other feelings of unfulfilled desires. My approach blends person-centred therapy, solution-focused techniques, and transactional analysis to best support you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you deserve respect, kindness, value, and trust. These are qualities that are often overlooked in our day to day lives.
