My philosophy is based around a contextual approach that means there is no one perfect way to work with everyone. My integrative training embraces humanistic, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches in therapy. Drawing my work practice from a variety of theoretical perspectives gives me a broader spectrum from which to work therapeutically with my clients.
Over last five year I have gained significant experience and extra qualification as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, that allows me to work extensively with couples. The main focus is on relationships issues and psychosexual difficulties.
