My aim to work with the clients is to explore their own strengths, abilities as well to acknowledge the feelings and thoughts they might be going through.
Through talking therapy, I help, encourage and support my clients to face whatever is making them feel low or anxious. Sometimes, it may get painful to talk about certain experiences but by talking about them and getting them out there, things might start making sense and one could move towards recovery by becoming more self-aware, resilient.
Confidentiality is high on my agenda. I offer to provide my cleints a non judgemental, safe space to explore and make sense of their feelings. I treat my clients with high respect, dignity and support them with personal perspectives, values, beliefs and preferences.
